Nao tive acesso imediato, tive um grande transtorno com a portaria ! ( cheguei era fim d tarde e mesmo assim não conseguiram fazer minha facial) mesmo mandando todos os documentos com muita antecedência!

Bonita, confortável e bem localizada.

Cobertor estava mal cheiroso e não havia sabonete na pia e nem sabonete e shampoo no box

The building and services were great. The laundry and shop downstairs were particularly handy. Bedding and kitchen were all new and good.

The process at the entrance was complicated. We sent our IDs beforehand (as per instructions), but the face recognition did not work. We had to wait on the street until a lady on the intercom processed each face and kept us waiting. There was a man who came to help us but we didn't know if he actually worked in the building or not. It was quite stressful. But once that was set, the access to the building worked ok. We then realized the man did work for the building so he also helped us with some guidance about the laundry. I think it would be important to let guests know that there is a person to support guests if needed. Also, the guest mattresses were very thin, so they only work for very young kids.
