There building and apartment are lovely, and the location is very good.

However, the service experience was disappointing. The apartment was inadequately equipped (very few hangers, no sponge, and a non-functioning intercom). These issues were reported to the host but not addressed promptly; only explanations were provided, and I had to absorb the inconvenience. There was no luggage storage at reception, which made basic logistics inconvenient. When I asked to extend my stay, I was told I would need to move apartments and wait several hours at reception with my luggage, with no attempt to facilitate a same-day solution. Despite requesting to extend via Booking.com, I was asked to book through other platforms instead so I moved to another location. The property may work for very short stays, but I would be cautious about longer stays due to service limitations. With better processes and a more customer-focused approach, it could be a good option given the quality of the building and location.
