Espaço antigo mas bem conservado e de qualidade.
Banheiro tem vazamento no box pela segunda vez que fico lá e tem essa mesma questão. Não é vazamento no vazo, a água sai pelo box e da um pequeno lago. Restante ok.

Apartamento bem amplo e confortável
Como é um prédio de apartamentos e não um hotel, o suporte é demorado. Tive um problema na descarga do vaso sanitário, acionei o suporte e ninguém respondeu e nem foram resolver. O suporte não fica nas instalações e o pessoal que trabalha no prédio não tem muitas informações. Fiquei a hospedagem toda com o problema.
