Not a lot every thing was near enough perfect we had been in it the year before and it was good

It was in a great location. We like that it has more space than others we had stayed, yes the decor is dated but everything was clean.

There was a constant smell of sewers/drainage with seem to get worse as the day progressed, we slept in the room next to the bathroom as the other 2 rooms you can hear the strip at lot, which didn’t bother us, the WiFi dropped for the last 2 days which really impacted our as I work remotely and need WiFi as it’s the no1 thing we check when booking accommodation. When we contacted the management company who manage the apartment to get an update their replies and level of customer service was horrendous. The lady who manages the chat function in booking.com is without doubt one of the rudest people I’ve encountered! Called me a child for asking when the WiFi would be up and running this was a Friday morning the WiFi was off from Wednesday evening. She called me back and said she doesn’t have time to tell me when the WiFi would be back as they have so many clients to deal with and it’s not a priority. Shame too as we really liked the Aqua Azul but we won’t ever book again due to the lack of customer service and professionalism. Also sort out the pillows! One per person isn’t enough! And they really need to buy and upgrade the curtains!
