The layout of the property is great, the kitchen has all the facilities and appliances you would find at home the only downside is it could do with a couple more mugs.
There are 2 private patio areas which are well laid out and comfortable.
Decor is nice and feels homely rather than a holiday rental.
Easy access to promenade and restaurants, pleasant walk or cycle to Arrecife.
The property has developed some damp patches in the main bedroom and hallway which look unsightly with the paint peeling away.
