This is a really lovely property on a well kept quiet secure site. Access to the complex road side is via a reception hall, with keypad entry, and there is a pathway from the site onto the seafront, secured by a locked gate. A well kept property, with a washing machine and dish washer.the only thing we missed was a microwave , for quick snacks.and a safe. A sunny private patio on the back , is not overlooked, and a balcony upstairs has sea views. Evening entertainment seems to be solely centred around the sea front with around 6 restaurants with in a comfortable walking distance, these often close early and each are closed one or two days a week . The big shopping centre has the only supermarket that we found, so a shortage of local shops to pop into for the forgotten water or milk. Please be aware that there is a hefty 85 euro ( June 2023 ).final cleaning fee to be paid on arrival this is a cash in hand payment to the agent, which i have never come across before and would have preferred this cost to be factored into the overall price.

Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione in riva all'oceano. Casa fornita di tutto e silenziosa. Buona pulizia. Ottima la comunicazione prima e durante la vacanza con il gestore. La piscina era in manutenzione. Internet assente. Abbiamo acquistato una SIM per internet che l'host ci ha rimborsato.

Appartement très bien situé pour rayonner dans toute l’ile. Commerces à proximité et plage à côté. Piscine bien abritée du vent. Le wifi dépend de la présence des voisins. Attention, le ménage n’est pas compris dans le prix donné et il est obligatoire et payable en liquide une fois sur place (75 euros).

Wir haben sehr erholsame und schöne Wochen im Juli in der Casa Dubai verbracht. Unstimmigkeiten bei der Buchung wurden sofort geklärt und ab dem 1. Tag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus und in der gesamten Anlage. Ein großer Plus-Punkt ist der Pool, unsere Mädchen waren begeistert! Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet, wenn etwas fehlt, sind die Vermieter hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Lage war für uns ideal - Strandpromenade ist sehr angenehm zum Joggen und Spazieren, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie zahlreiche Restaurants. Ein Mietwagen ist ein Muss, Lanzarote hat soviel zu bieten! Der Flughafen ist nur paar Minuten entfernt, uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört. Es ist ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen, wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren Sommerurlaub!
