Location
Not enough toiletries. Limited toilet paper for a 5-night stay. Paper towels not sufficient. We could use more towels for a 5-night stay

It was clean, bright and central to the city.
We had pre ordered a cot for our visit and had corresponded on three separate occasions to confirm the cot would be there and it would have a mattress and bedding; all were confirmed. However the cot was not there and despite repeated messaging no response was received and no cot arrived for any of our 6 day stay. There were two bathrooms, however the internal handle in one of the bathrooms was unusable so if you closed the door you would be locked in. I contacted the owners but received no reply and this remained broken throughout the visit. One of the bedside lamps was not working throughout our stay, despite our notifying the owners. We were dismayed that the owners did not respond to any of our messages, particularly as they were responsive prior to our stay. Very disappointed.
