Nicely renovated apartment with a good backyard garden. Incredibly good price for quality and location, and they also give you a welcome treat!

Beautiful flat and great space. Some nice extras..a little yard too. Really comfortable and spacious. Really friendly staff and showed us round when we arrived. Left us wine and biscuits. Nice

The sound proofing between the hall and the flat isn't amazing and you can here people coming back at night. I was awake so I heard it but wouldn't have woken me up. Might impact you if you are a light sleeper and the front room is quite a bit louder with traffic but it's not major and wouldn't prevent us staying again.

Location was great, really close to things. Apartment had everything we needed and was good for a 3 night stay.

Pillows need updated as they are small and flat (gave me a sore neck). Mattresses are on the firm side, not the best with a bad hip.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and exactly as advertised in the photos. The location is also convenient, and it has everything you need for a short stay.

There are several areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, if you encounter any problems during your stay, I would not recommend relying on the WhatsApp support channel. It appears to be AI-operated, and it often struggled to understand our questions, making it much slower to resolve simple issues. Direct communication with a person would greatly improve the guest experience. Secondly, our kitchen sink was missing a plug, which made washing dishes unnecessarily difficult. It seems like a very simple item that could easily be provided. Another point worth mentioning is that it is not clearly explained that there is no mid-stay cleaning service. For guests staying only two or three nights, this may not matter, but for longer stays it means you need to clean the apartment yourself. You should also expect to purchase your own cleaning supplies, bin liners, and similar essentials, which is not particularly convenient for international travellers. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also below the standard we expected. We found mould in the shower area, and there were hairs on the mattress protector when we arrived. While the apartment is attractive and well presented, the overall level of cleanliness could definitely be improved. Finally, one thing we found uncomfortable was the notice behind the front door stating that they would appreciate a 10 out of 10 review. We feel that reviews should reflect each guest’s genuine experience rather than encouraging a perfect score.
