Perfect Location, Enough for 4 People

The location is perfect. We stayed as a family of 4. It's exactly what you see in the pictures, all clean, with clean sheets, pillows and towels. The sofa is big enough for 2 people. We slept in bed with our 3 year old, and it was big enough for us. I'd recommend and I'd love to stay here again.

It's not the flat's problem, but since there is nothing bad about the place; The hallway leading to the door lights up for about 3 seconds. You'll have to turn the lights up like 5 times until you can unlock the door. Not really a big problem.

Great location, very easy to walk to most tourists spots, very clean and airy.

Well documented notes for check in as access was through several doors requiring different codes. Early check in was provided which was great. Flat was very central and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to tourist spots by foot.

Lights in hall would go off after 2 seconds, hard to access the apartment as the door opened the wrong way so struggled to get bags in and had to take pram apart to get in side. Not a huge issue but frustrating when you have small children asleep in the pram and can't be left in the hallway.

The property was in a good location but despite that please avoid check my guest- this property at any cost. They operate numerous properties in the paris area and their service is rubbish! They would message you to rate them 5 star when infact they don’t deserve -ve star ! For the first two nights, there was no heating in the apartment. I complained about it and I was promised it will be fixed same days For two nights when it was freezing cold..in Jan 24, they did t bother to fix it and kept telling me someone will come to fix it. I had to go and sleep at my friend’s place and when I told them that I’m leaving the apartment the finally fixed it. The people who came to fix the apartment left the apartment unlocked with all the lights on. I was in a shock! I was also told I’ll be compensated for the two nights which I couldn’t stay in the apartment as I went and slept at my friend’s place. Then a day later manager calls says that she would like to offer 20% off for my next stay! and in return I should rate them 5 stars I was like are you serious, you don’t care about customer service and you don’t even honour what you offered for compensation. I let this thing pass as I was assured that I won’t have any inconvenience. Again 5 days later the apartment had no hot water, fridge and half of the apartment didn’t have electricity! For two days no hot water and they didn’t fix it! I couldn’t cook and my food had gone off. ! I checked out on time and I was told the manager will call to discuss the compensation for the nights and the money I lost on food! No response for 2 days. Also the kettle was binned when I returned from work on night. Again the flat was left open. Then on 3rd day after checkout someone from check my guest texts me to write a 10/10 feedback for them! When I tried to call them, I received a message that they want to chat not call. I called them again but no response. Please stay away from any apartments offered by check my guest. They are frauds!

El ruido por las noches, hay un bar debajo del departamento y se escuchan las risas de la calle, y todo el desorden hasta entradas horas de la madrugada. El pasillo antes de entrar tiene temporizador de segundos, te quedas sin luz y no haz llegado a la puerta, sin celular con lámpara está imposible. La ventana de la cama no tiene Cortina y ambas ventanas no tienen persiana por lo que por la noche entra mucha luz de las luces de afuera. Había dos almohadas extras que si necesitábamos pero no había fundas y no las usamos. El soporte del rollo del baño está por caerse y el segundo cajón del mueble del baño no embona bien y se puede caer fácilmente.
