Owner unresponsive after place found not cleaned and not heated upon late arrival.

The location was well positioned for a night over after a birthday party at friend's. We only had to walk a kilometer to get there, which was good as we would only arrive at night. We'll located in nice area.

I contacted the owner after the place was not cleaned and unheated, he indicated he would reimburse me, as this was unacceptable. He then went on to do no such thing and ghost me and my texts. The afternoon of the day of our arrival (while we were already at the location of the party) the owner informed us that the place had not been cleaned, as the maid could not come, and asked if we could postpone. We said we could not as we were already there. When we arrived at the location in the evening to sleep, it was not cleaned, but also unheated (it was February and cold), meaning we spent the night shivering and left the morning early, as the place was a fridge.

Bien situé mais mal entretenu

L’appartement était spacieux. Le séjour et la cuisine bien, mais les chambres, la sdb et les toilettes à revoir!

Les oreillers étaient sales ( je suis allée en acheter chez Action ), la tapisserie décollée dans les 2 chambres. Dans la sdb, mitigeur cassé, meuble détérioré, pas du tout fonctionnel! Malgré mes appels, aucune info sur le fonctionnement jusqu’au dernier jour où j’ai eu l’info pour accéder à l’appartement et au garage.

Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung in toller Lage, wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Die Lage war herrlich. Zu jederzeit konnte man vom Balkon aufs Meer sehen und weit laufen musste man auch nicht. Ein wundervoller Punkt war die Tiefgarage und der kleine Aufzug. In der Beschreibung hatte ich dazu nichts gefunden und war umso erfreuter als wir ihn in der Tiefgarage sahen. Er fährt von dort bis in die 3 Etage. Zur Wohnung muss man dann nur eine kleine Treppe rauf. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls super. Wir hatten etwas Probleme uns mit dem Internet zu verbinden, aber das hat sich schnell geklärt. Durch den Schlüsselkasten ist der Check-in so wie der Check-out absolut unproblematisch.

Die Einrichtung war teilweise etwas veraltete, aber wie in den Kommentare zuvor ist dies wohl bekannt . Es sollte auch vielleicht irgendwo ein Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung in Belgien stehen. Da wir das erste Mal in Belgien waren, waren wir anfangs etwas ratlos. Es gibt nämlich keine Mülltonnen an den Häusern und für den Restmüll muss man zahlen. Ein Duschvorhang wäre auch praktisch gewesen :)

optimale Lage für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt nahe des Strandes in La Panne

die Lage des Appartements ist optimal : Distanz zum Strand, zur Tram, zum Zentrum von La Panne der Eigentümer hat sich sehr bemüht um die Anreise so unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt in einem Appartement braucht auch die interessante bereitgelegte Lektüre über die belgische Küste hat mir sehr gut gefallen

weil ich im Winter angereist bin hat mir die kalte Toilette und das unmoderne Bad nicht gefallen
