No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Great location and even better host! Steps from the beach with beach chairs, towels and even an umbrella to use. Sergio was professional and very responsive. He provided great recommendations of things to do and where to eat.
There was a power surge overnight on Saturday. We called to report the A/C unit did not come back online and he had a replacement there with 3 hours on Sunday. Impressive service.

Very nice property in a great area! Our host was amazing and very helpful with check in procedures. So much to do and see !! The location was 100% ideal!! We will be booking another stay at the same location soon.

Great location! Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and best of all - right by the beach! Apartment was clean and provided everything we needed - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, even some aloe for after the sun. Host is very quick to respond. 5 stars for sure, thank you!!

Lot less than ok Beach was furtherNeeded fire ticks to run the bedroom tv’sNot what the ladies wanted but we survived . Security was very good all in all we made it.
