The space
There is ample parking with convenient access to the house. In front of the house is a spacious garden with a pool and a sun deck. In front of the house is the terrace area with a comfortable table and chairs for enjoying meals, and nearby, another area with a sofa and armchairs for relaxing in the shade of a magnificent century-old tree.
Upon entering the house through the front door, you’re greeted by a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, thanks to the combination of rustic and modern furnishings.

The house enjoys plenty of natural light through several windows in the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is modern and equipped with appliances: a ceramic cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, oven, etc., as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. On the first floor of the house is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet right next to it. Throughout the house, the beds are single beds measuring 90 cm wide by 2 m long, which can be converted into a double bed measuring 180 cm by 2 m at any time.
On the upper floor, there are two more double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Another bathroom with a shower is located next to the other bedroom. The bedrooms are furnished in a modern, fresh style and equipped with built-in closets, a dresser, lamps, and, of course, bedding and towels. On this floor, there is a small terrace overlooking the valley, furnished with lounge chairs for relaxing.
