Enjoy a home away from home. The pool and hot tub are private and the home is completely fenced. The home is ready to be enjoyed year-round with a gas fireplace, and hot tub. Get cozy in the winter and feel refreshed in the summer!

The entire home is yours with private access to the private pool, hot tub, the laundry, and any other amenities you might want.

The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I do not allow large gatherings nor parties, especially during a pandemic.

House was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood away from the action at the beach, but close enough to get there in less than 25 minutes. The pool was the right temp for swimming during the heat of the day, or during the cooler evenings. House is extremely well maintained, and provided a vibe of a nice suburban home, rather than a "beach house". We would recommend and would stay again if we ever come back to Wilmington.

Daughters wedding party utilized home. Everything was beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to utilize pool as the weather was too cool, but it looked great!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Rented this house to see some old friends from the military. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, but host addressed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again.
