About this cottage rental

Located in La Chapelle-Neuve, this welcoming cottage brings it all within your reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 24-minute drive to Basilica of Saint Anne of Auray or the 23-minute drive to Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink on the deck or patio; you may also like the BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven and a refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle, a microwave, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

Surrounding neighbours, from attached house too close … a fence away … noise level from large house opposite (3 metres) added to the noise from attached house to us, the noise rose with the level of alcohol consumed. Our courtyard approx 15 sq meters - too small for six people. The family bathroom shower leaked into the sitting room and into my daughters’ very large work adaptors. The leak was not looked at by the Owner. We were disappointed with the tiny courtyard, and with the crowing of the cockerel within the site .. during the night we left three days early …. We had paid more than the adjacent house, which had a grass lawn leading upto the house and had the privacy of not being looked onto, as they could look onto our courtyard. From their upstairs balcony. Would suggest timings for each house to use the swimming pool. The families with young children filled more than half the pool, thereby not letting us do lengths. We did not take any photos. All in all a disappointment, though Charles did help me find a hospital, but did not say goodbye to us despite leaving the property early!
