Central & cosy flat for 4 Person

Excellent location just at the start of a coastal walking path, the flat itself is very clean and cozy. There’s everything you need and more, the host is super friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again

- Great location!!! 5 min from the Söğütlüçeşme station (Marmaray, bus), 15 min from the ferry, plenty of eateries and supermarkets around, all the fun places in Kadıköy are within short walking distance, as is a super nice seaside promenade with parks, kids' playgrounds, outdoor gyms, cats, seagulls etc. And Kadıköy in general is a great neighborhood to stay 😍 - The place itself is tucked away in a tiny residential street, so you don't hear the noise from the big street - Very welcoming and helpful host, responded to messages right away - Strong and stable Wi-Fi - Cozy interior - Generous cleaning/bathroom/kitchen supplies, including kitchen towels, toilet paper, cleaning sprays, tea, olive oil etc. - Washing machine, laundry detergent, and clothes rack (though it takes forever to dry them because of humidity) - All in all, very good value for money

- The kitchen and the bathroom are super tiny, especially the bathroom. If you're over 160 cm, it's hard to avoid bumping your head on the boiler while trying to use the sink 😂 No shelves or storage space in the bathroom, we barely managed to fit our toothbrushes - Because of high humidity, things get rusty and/or moldy. There was quite some black gunk in the shower, so heads-up if you're sensitive to that. There's a dehumidifier in the apartment, but it wasn't enough to keep the humidity down ☹️ - Bathroom and bedroom doors wouldn't close properly (I'm assuming, again, that the humidity is to blame for deformation) - Not a downside, just a heads-up: when you first arrive (or look at Google Maps), both the street and the building look sketchy, but in fact we (a woman and two kids) felt perfectly safe any time of day

Plenty of Turkish tea and coffee to start the day and a big TV with all the possible streaming services 🙏🏻 we barely heard the neighbours, it’s a very calm area, of course some cat fights and barking dogs but that’s part of Istanbul’s charm!
