For where we needed to be, the location was excellent. Loved the view over Victoria Barracks & the city skyline at night. Some really nice cafés nearby. Very comfortable & nice size apartment.

The beds were very soft, particularly on the edges. Would have loved bath sheets instead of standard towel.

There is an excellent coffee shop downstairs, the view outside the window is spacious, and the community is very friendly.

Before I arrived, I needed to ask about the handover process. I made many phone calls and waited for several days, but only one person responded, and even they didn’t know about the handover details. When I got downstairs, standing with a pile of luggage, anxiously waiting for a call, no one contacted me at all. I had no choice but to shout at the entrance of Building 39: **“Who is handling the check-in for Room 1204? I am the guest checking in!”** Finally, someone responded and said it was her. She handed me the key, and I asked for the Wi-Fi password in the room, but she said she didn’t know and left. Since my previous calls to the management had all gone unanswered, I didn’t have much confidence in asking about the Wi-Fi again. During my entire stay of more than ten days, I had to rely on my own mobile data.
