Dont be fooled by the nice pictures. I had a truly disappointing experience during my Christmas stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned. The apartment was dirty, with dead bugs scattered around the floors and surfaces, and there was an overpowering smoke smell that made it unbearable to spend any time inside. It felt like they hadn't bothered to maintain any level of cleanliness or comfort. To make matters worse, when I contacted the customer service team to address these issues, they were completely unhelpful. They didn’t take our complaints seriously and acted as if it was no big deal. Their response to the situation was a complete joke—they did nothing to rectify the conditions or offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The entire experience left me feeling like they didn’t care at all about their guests. Additionally, I was absolutely appalled to discover that my family was scammed out of $1880 around Christmas time. I trusted this place to provide a decent stay, but instead, they took advantage of us financially. It’s truly shameful how we were treated. What made the situation even worse was the fact that, despite being a loyal customer of Booking.com for years, I found no protection or support as a consumer. It was disheartening to see that Booking.com did not intervene in any meaningful way to address the issues or hold this property accountable. As someone who has used the platform for many years, I expected better, especially during the holiday season. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. It was an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience, and I will never be returning to this apartment again. I would also urge other travelers to consider their options carefully and not make the same mistake I did. Its to bad i cant upload more pictures

We truly wanted to love this place, but each time you looked a little closer it disappointed.

The pool water was clean. Nice washer dryer.

The house was a little grimey. All screen doors needed repair, dishes were dirty, sheets had hair on them, sticky bedside table, one toilet was broken, potential black mold on the box spring of of one bed that sat on the floor, no ping pong paddles/balls to go with table, very well used towels some clean some not, a dildo left in a bed side table… oh and the airplanes fly very close and the house backs up to a very busy street so it is a little noisy.
