Bonnie Lodge by Broadford Hotel

Lodge vraiment parfaite !

Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff at reception and restaurant. The Lodge was clean with modern bathroom/shower. It would have been nice to have a fridge.

Bonnie Lodge is not as conveniently located as we would have liked, being about 25 miles from Portree. But the incident that impacted negatively on our stay was how my son was treated when he called up around 10:30pm (the same day after we had left) to enquire if he had left his phone charger in the room. The man who took the call shouted angrily, accusing my son of calling so late and about something he deemed to be as unimportant as a phone charger. The contact number my son used was listed on the website and there was nothing to indicate times that were off limits to contact the hotel. Very unpleasant and bad PR.

Very clean

Location and look of the Accommodation

2 rooms, 2 TVs 1 remote.. There was someone in the room next to us listening to sports coverage in really loud Arabic late at night. It was intolerable.
