    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Grand World and Phu Quoc Night Market. There are many restaurants nearby, including Indian food options and McDonald’s. Bike rental facilities are also available at the hotel, and there are several spas nearby. The only suggestion would be regarding the breakfast service, as it requires pre-ordering and is not a buffet system. Hopefully, the hotel management can consider introducing a buffet option in the future. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with good service and a convenient location.

    The front office staff behaviour during our check-in day was so pathetic!! She had an anger face throughout our check-in process and had experienced worst hospitality! Otherwise the property and its facilities with breakfast was good!
