The staff were amazing. They were extremely attentive and always eager to help out. Their timing is impeccable. This is only rated a three star resort, but the Services truly five star. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean. But the thing that sets this place apart is the staff. Dinh the bartender and Ng the waiter were terrific, as was the cleaning staff and the front desk. If you're smart, you'll utilize the front desk staff frequently during your stay. They know everything about the island, and have excellent recommendations.
