La Prom 2 - a two bedroom apartment with a sea view

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea and Nice is absolutely breathtaking. It was also very convenient to have access to the property from both sides, with entrances at 223 Avenue de Californie and 303 Promenade des Anglais. There are several shops nearby, including Carrefour and Spar, as well as a bakery. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The tram stop is right outside the building, making it very easy to get to the Old Town and explore the city. The beach is just across the street. We enjoy cooking, so we especially appreciated the kitchen, even though it is a little worn in places. It is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including spices, salt, oil and tea. The only things missing were dishwasher tablets and a couple of welcome coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Planes fly nearby because of the airport, but this did not bother us at all, in fact, it added to the beautiful sea view and atmosphere. Just as a note for future guests: the toilet is downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs, but for us this was absolutely fine and not inconvenient in any way. The property manager, Kirsi, was very welcoming, helpful, and always available to answer any questions during our stay, which we really appreciated.

The only area that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning. We would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning there, and we also found a few small pieces of broken glass in the living room. Aside from this, the rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Dans la chambre qui n'a pas vue sur la promenade les stores laissent filtrer le jour. Nous n'en n'avons pas eu besoin mais cette chambre ne m'a pas semblée climatisée, il y a un ventilateur au plafond. En cas de fortes chaleurs c'est a savoir

Naše dovolená v apartmánu byla úžasná! Prostorný, plně zařízený a čistý apartmán, v klidné části města, s krásným výhledem na promenádu a moře. letadla z blízkého letiště nás vůbec nerušila. skvělá dostupnost do centra tramvají nebo busem. kavárny a restaurace v blízkém okolí rádi se opět vrátíme.
