Le personnel, la possibilité de réserver le petit dej en box dès la veille. Le transfert vers le ferry inclus dans le prix pour un trajet.

房间整洁，环境尚可，有歺厅好，代联系包车，尽管价格较贵。提供码头接送很好。歺厅的饭菜也还可口。
开始安排的房间应该是空调的冷凝水管漏水，后来换了一间好些，但晚上有不明声音，怀疑是老鼠在顶棚内发出的响声。卫生间不是很干净，洗面盆安装的让人洗漱很不舒服。另外，老板帮我们联系的包车价格比我们了解的包车价格高出许多。

Nearby habour.
Room run down. I was given a rm with whole toilet bowl coming out & aircon wasn't cold.
After changing another rm, it was better. However, interior was rundown & seriously needed upgrading! Wardrobe was run down, Moulds growing in ceiling corner.
No soundproofing
Sink positioning was out, an arm's length away!
At times, some message that was clearly instructed, not to provide anymore the previous night, didn't get through.
