Very accessible location, close to the metro station that connects you to both Narita and Haneda. Walkable to the Ginza sights. Restaurants close by, good size for 5 people.

Description says Airconditioned rooms, but the third room does not have Aircon or Fan provided. There was no lift for the apartment - so thats something to be careful about if you have seniors or heavy bags. Was not an issue for us as we travel light.

Good location, only a 5 minute walk from Tsukiji. Very quiet alleyway. Apartment was well equipped. Chinese restaurant downstairs is very yummy.

Cleanliness was a bit questionable. We found some small cockroaches running around in the bathroom, where the wallpaper was peeling. The window in the shower also directly faced the back of the Chinese restaurant downstairs, so it smelled a bit too. All the mattresses except the one in the small room were a bit hard and uncomfortable as they were old spring mattresses.

So clean and tidy. Great location for all your needs and easy check in.

Can be loud on Friday nights

Location was great, close to Ginza and the fish market. Rooms were a good sized with comfy beds and comfy pillows. Enough amenities for cooking etc.. if you wanted to. Washer in the room was perfect as it was a washer and dryer combo, so allowed us to do nightly washing. Easy to find with great instructions from the host. Clean and well kept place, you can see the owner takes pride in the place. Smart TV, couches, table and chairs for eating at. It really was a great place to stay, we were on the road in a hire car for 5 nights before hand staying at different places between Kyoto and Tokyo and out of all those places this was where we finally got a good nights sleep because the beds and pillows weren't bricks like every other place we stayed at.

Only small issue was that the apartment was pretty cold, there were space heaters provided but if you plugged them both in at the same time the Circuit breaker would trip, so you could only run them at half. But really wasn't a big issue.
