Quiet and luxurious.
Jacuzzi in king bedroom needs more hot water than can be provided in one filling. I noticed another customer said the same so was not unduly disappointed.

Place is large but cozy. Stuff is very friendly helpful
Location is a bit far away from the city center. But taxis are available.

It was quiet. We were able to leave our stuff there while we trekked Kilimanjaro. If the ad on booking.com was accurate, and they didn't downgrade our room, we could have enjoyed the place.
There was a lot. The rooms are not as described in the ad on Booking.com. they are completely different. Ad says there is a washing machine, a TV, a bath, and a bunch of other stuff that are 100% not there. They downgraded our room without telling us, and despite offering an option to "pay at the hotel" when you book.. you can not actually pay by card at the hotel. We were sent to an ATM to get cash (and pay $30 in fees).
