VT Villa Carmelo 3BDR Private Pool

5 of us stayed at the villa from Thursday 11th June for 10 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent , less than 5 minutes from Montemar Alto train station on the C1,line meaning multiple places accessible within minutes 15 minutes to the beach via the lift in the park 5 minutes to Carrefour supermarket. The villa is ideal for up to 6 adults ( 3 bedrooms one double , two twins) with 2 bathrooms. Air con worked well in all rooms, and everything you could want in a well equipped kitchen was available . Comfortable beds, plenty of storage Villa clean and well presented. Two sets of keys a bonus. Outdoor space including the pool were fantastic, lovely to sit at the outdoor table and enjoy a quiet drink with friends in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out simple, nice touch that we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier , appreciate that is not always possible. We booked through booking.com and there listing is a little out of date on two things. Firstly the bathroom with the shower is not ensuite it's directly opposite the double bed room, a minor thing . Secondly it states 2 sunbeds , there are actually 6 so an improvement. The lady who came to clean the pool (twice) and tidy the outside did a fantastic job . We did have one issue, when making food on the one night we did the power went out. The fuse box ( behind the kitchen door) showed nothing had tripped. We could not reach the villa owners . We eventually checked each trip switch switching it on and off , and the final switch fixed the power issue. We did get a response from Solana later then evening via WhatsApp advising us to try the trip switches. I think the power out impacted the time on the pool pumps, it made no difference to us towards the end of our stay . What you need to know is we were so happy with the stay we would book again , thinking about it! Thanks guys for a great stay Patrick

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Torremolinos. The house offers three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the outdoor area with a pool and grill, ideal for relaxing and spending time together. The property is located in a calm and quiet part of town, yet very conveniently close to Park La Batería, supermarkets like Carrefour and Mercadona, the train station, and the lift leading directly to the beach. A special thank you goes to David, who was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary information. Communication was smooth and professional from start to finish. The house is really lovely, and we can highly recommend it to everyone, including families with children. We would be happy to stay here again.

Leuk en schoon huisje met klein zwembad in mooi tuin.

Na melding dat er diverse dingen kapot waren (lamp in de slaapkamer, schommel, koffiezetapparaat, mes, tuinverlichting) of vies waren (tuinstoelkussens zaten onder de vogelpoep), werd er pas na 5 dagen gereageerd. Ze hadden het druk en de melding doorgegeven. Helaas hebben wij daarna niks meer vernomen. Beetje jammer dat je zoveel geld betaald voor een leuke accommodatie en dat de service dan minimaal is.
