The property and amenities were excellent, my granddaughter wanted to move there. Host was very quick to respond when texting questions, etc.
Some of the dishes and pans in the cabinet were not clean (we always wash before we use anyway). There were quite a few bugs in the pool - we had to clean the it before the grandchildren could swim. We had a little trouble with the TV in the theater room and the hot water in the primary shower. I'm sure the host would have corrected this, however, we only stayed 2 nights and didn't worry them with it.
