Por decir algo que era un 2º sin ascensor

The apartment was nice and spacious enough for the time we were there. Everything was clean and the staff were very communicative. Access to the building was exactly what we expected it to be. The amenities were basic but suitable. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious

Maybe it’s because we were tired but knowing which apartment was ours was confusing. It wasn’t exactly clear in the instructions and we just felt that if the door had been labelled better / differently. Also, the sofa bed was hard to figure out so one of us slept on the couch the first night. The second day when we came back to the apartment, the sofa bed was open but the mattress was soft and the bed was not very comfortable. But we weren’t able to figure out how to put it back together as a couch.

I didn’t like that tap in the kitchen was completely broken and fallen off. When I reached out to the property personnel, they were super helpful but it’s unimaginable for me that anybody could miss such a big problem? It is inconceivable for me that you could miss it if you actually did check the apartment before the arrival of a guest (me in that case). A few days later while using the washing machine, I had a mini flood of water on the kitchen floor. Again, I had to use up my time (and lots of towels) to clean up, and worry about what’s going on, and to reach out to the property management and do some back-and-forth apping! Again!!!
