Casa 1923 by MY CHOICE

My stay was very well organised by the host. They were always quick to respond to my questions, and the instructions were very straightforward. It is a small studio, but it is comfortable and has all the essentials. The design is nice, and it is relatively clean. I did not spend much time in the apartment, so I cannot comment on every detail, but overall it was a lovely place to stay for a short period of time.

The only point I would mention is that there was quite a lot of humidity in the bathroom, and the ventilation did not seem to remove it fully. As the bathroom is close to the bedroom, there could sometimes be a slight odour when the ventilation was not switched on. Also, the kitchenette is only about one metre from the bed, so the space may be better suited to shorter stays or for guests planning to spend most of their time out.

Adorei a recuperação desta casa antiga! O aproveitamento de todos os espaços muito bem pensado. Os quartos têm um bom tamanho e as casa de banho (com gel de banho, shampoo e sabão líquido para as mãos) também. A cozinha bem equipada, secador e ferro de passar vertical. Não usámos a pequena piscina, o clima não foi favorável. Muito bem localizada, perto do centro, onde se localizam cafés, restaurantes e comércio, 2 minutos a pé. Conseguimos sempre estacionamento perto, pago, há parquímetros em todo o lado. Adorámos as visitas do coelho!

The property looks very sophisticated and visually stunning. We loved the bunny who lives downstairs and hops around and is super friendly .

We felt there was a lack of functionality to the design of the apartment. Not enough furniture to place our belongings - no counters, hooks etc. the terrace definitely needs more chairs, tables to be able to enjoy it fully. We found the bed to be too small for two grown ups. We also wish we had received more amenities such as toilet papers for 4 people as we had to go shopping after 1,5 days. The construction works across the street unfortunately made it very difficult to enjoy the place as they started at 8 in the morning until the end of the afternoon. The communication wasn’t easy with the property. I tried contacting them multiple times with questions and smaller issues but with no response or response two days after.
