Faro Main Avenue Apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just a ten minute walk and you were in the Old Town. The apartment was a great size and having a parking space was a plus. Perfect place for us to explore Faro and the surrounding areas. The host texted as we got off the plane, we told him our arrival time, but was kept waiting for 30 mins for his brother to arrive with keys, but he arrived in the end!

Slightly disappointed with a couple of things: some of the crockery was chipped. The apartment needs a deep clean, thick dust under the beds and some crumbs in kitchen cupboards. Previous comments mentioned a lack of a chopping board and alas there is still not one there. There were half used toilet rolls in the bathrooms rather than fresh ones. A slight lack of information as to what do to with the keys on departure day as there was no welcome/information pack in the apartment.

Spacious apartment conveniently located. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We didn't cook much at the apartment. Communication was smoothe..

We had to wait for a neighbour to come in or out to access the apartment on the first day but once we got the keys we had the fob so no issue after. The frying pan needs changing.. Recycling bins would be useful.

The apartment is spacious and pretty clean. It is equipped with most things needed and the location is quite good

While they had items for use, we stayed for a week and did not seem to be provided with enough resources (e.g. one garbage bag, one tide pod for clothes, one dishwasher tab, etc.) The wifi in the furthest room had a very unstable connection. The pillows were quite firm and high and there didn't seem to be extra blankets (at least not with the covers on). I'm sure for a short stay it is a great apartment, but for a longer one it didn't quite provide the comfort we were looking for
