Bellissima struttura con panorama mozzafiato su Muro Lucano.

Muro Lucano is a medieval town in the Basilicata region of Italy. We went since it was the birthplace of my grandfather and we had a genealogy tour done. If you want off the beaten path this is it. No one spoke english, windy narrow roads. Nonna's was the nicest place we have ever stayed, with breathtaking views from out balcony. food was simple and incredible with prices you thought were a mistake. The people were warm and friendly. I would go back in minute with a book or two to read and just melt into the region. And yes we did meet relatives there. It felt like home.
