Spacious room with balcony overlooking the park. Good heating for winter stays. Comfortable bed. Owner is friendly but get Google Translate ready if you don’t speak Italian! Melfi itself is a good hill town with an archeological museum located in the castle. Hora Sessa is a good restaurant just down the hill. Would stay again.
If you come by car bring a small one and get ready for an adventure! Those medieval streets are narrow. The BNB is one steep flight up from street level. Not an issue for us.

Beautiful, Clean, comfortable home. The hostel was very sweet with wonderful suggestions.
Breakfast included is not getting a voucher for coffee and danish around the corner

Casa Laviano è un’appartamento BELLISSIMO in pieno centro a Melfi, la struttura è elegantissima e le camere sono attrezzatissime, non è mancato nulla neanche in bagno. La gentilezza dei proprietari è stata la ciliegia sulla torta, davvero consigliatissimo

Leider nicht sauber besonders das Badezimmer - auch wurde uns versprochen das wir später auschecken können und dann hat die Vermieterin schon um 8.30 Stress gemacht- wir mussten hektisch zusammen packen!
