Nice hosts & facilities but a bad nights sleep.

Use of Kitchen with fridge,kettle & microwave.

The area was pretty rough, I was worried leaving my car outside on the road and the people above were banging & scraping on their floor all night so we hardly slept.

Lovely couple and a perfect value for money!

Lovely couple who gave us a bigger room as we had lots of luggage. Parking nearby, clean kitchen, perfect room and warm shower.

Fairly priced and pleasant stay in a quiet area

Nicely kept house in a quiet area by the river. The room was warm and nicely renovated. Large shared kitchen and patio.

The bathroom was clean but smelled funny, I would recommend changing the mat at every stay. The mattress was not great, it was very soft.

The facilities were clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for what I needed, I slept really well. Bree was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Parking was easily accessible and the place was easy to find.

Perfect for me

This was my second visit. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed, including a bedside table and lamp, plenty of electric sockets and a long mirror and hooks to hang things up. Bree and Geesi were away but the stand-in host Zaki was just as kind and helpful, even carrying my suitcase upstairs for me and helping me take my luggage to my car when I checked out.

Amazingly friendly host - very good value - will come again next year

the host was amazingly friendly - drove me to the bank and would have driven me to the airport if the taxi would have been late - very tidy - nice garden - kitchen and fridge ( had my own space there ) - and only 23 Minutes by bus ( X1 ) to the airport/NEC and in the other dircetion to Birmingham City ( didnt go there so no idea how long that would take ) Taxi from airport/NEC did cost 13 to 20 pounds depending on day and time

Perfect place for an overnight stay

Perfect for me. The room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything I needed (electric sockets, long mirror, chair and wardrobe). My hosts were welcoming and kind and the kitchen was well-equipped and clean. I loved the peaceful, quiet area and free parking.

Great place shame about the location

Nice, clean, friendly caretaker and hosts, shame it's in such a poor area, high crime, drug dealing, regular car accidents in the area, but the accommodation is highly recommended.

A wonderful find, super clean and accommodating.

A wonderful find! The room was immaculate, super comfy bed, finished to a high standard and very accommodating! I stay once a week in Birmingham for work in different hotels/ B&Bs, and this is one of the top places I've stayed within this price bracket.... I won't hesitate to stay again :)

I struggled to find the house as you can't 'technically' drive past (I'm not great at reading house numbers too and it was dark!) but Bree was amazing and guided me :)
