Location, privacy (there's a lockable door for each capsule), secure personal locker, cleaniness, and bathroom with soap, shampoo and hair dryers (not sure if it belongs to the hotel, but they were there when I needed to dry my hair)
For some reason, I couldn't charge my phone. Not sure if it's because I had to use an adapter to change from USB-C to the old USB to be able to plug in. I could plug in but it didn't charge.

Accommodation is in a great location. It is close to local attractions, food, shops, markets.
Accommodation is cheap, but quality could be better.
Cleaning needs to be improved. There are cleaners to change bedding in the mornings, but by the time that I checked in around 5pm the bathrooms were in a terrible state. Things in the bathroom are broken and have not been fixed.
Signs in other languages would be helpful for international guests. Eg. Signs showing evacuation or emergency procedures, and Rules.
There are no staff members working on site. It is all self check-in. There were lots of guests that were having issues with entering the building and with the codes. You can only contact an admin person by text message, an only between certain hours. One guy waited over 40minutes for someone to respond to him with a code to get into his locker.
There should be a staff member working for security reasons also. The laundry wasn’t meant to be used after 9pm, but some guests were doing their clothes at 11pm or 2am. On the final night I stayed there was a questionable male guest, who kept going to the female bathroom instead of the male bathroom.
