Tooting - Your Apartment

Keyless security code. Super easy and safe!! Location, good transport connections and restaurants near by. Clean, spacious and provided all we needed. Loved the washing machine room. I would have gotten a bigger room if available, but the room we had was spacious enough.

That I had to ask for fresh towels. Location was super convenient but it is on a busy high street, with a nearby hospital, so constant sirens. Parking is doable, if you time it right.

The location is walking distance to Tooting Bec tube, bus stop, restaurants and a Catholic Church. I like that the laundrette is free and we can iron our clothes anytime. There’s a facility for cooking too which is good.

As we enter the property, there is no reception and the main entrance is a narrow corridor that led us to a steep staircase. The carpet in the entrance and corridors is no longer securely attached to the flooring and has become loose and lifted, creating an uneven surface and a potential trip hazard. The property did not have a lift, and our room was located on the third floor. This made our stay particularly difficult, as my husband had swollen feet due to too much walking from the trip and he needed to use crutches to get around. He struggled to walk up and down the stairs with his crutches, and getting our luggage up to the third floor was also very challenging. The lack of a lift made access to our room extremely difficult and inconvenient, especially for someone with limited mobility. There were no extra towels provided.

Great stay, everything needed found in the studio - incl the basics for a home- cooked supper.. Up to date decor, and super comfortable bed. Check in was easy, and customer service v helpful. AMAZING places to eat and food stores nearby.

Shower pressure was on the low side, but good enough. Carpet damaged on the way in, but reported to customer services and they took it very seriously.

Property was clean and near many restaurants and shops

Very very hot! We could barely sleep the 2 nights we spent and our room was on the forth floor! No ventilation at all
