Apartment right at the top of 2 flights of stairs, when booking no other room advertise and not mentioned in booking that it was at the top of stairs.

Closeness to tube, restaurants & shops. Responsive to requests for more towels , supplies etc. apartment was very clean. We were happy that we paid extra for the kitchen seating area- we used it a lot in weeks stay!
The carpet at front door is shredded and a trip hazard and not very attractive at all! Narrow stairs up to room not accessible for everyone and should be a warning on the website. In fact accommodation has multiple levels that are not easy to see- one of our family members missed the step and went flying to floor. Also there is a lot of noise in the building- the sound of running water going all night and the outside HVAC unit. Pillows were too squishy and gave me neck pain.

Location
Was extremely hot. Unable to open the window more than about 1cm. The stairs to carry our luggage up are very dangerous. The carpet is not laid properly and extreme falls risk.
