Well maintained and clean.
Living and dining are smaller than what I was expected from the picture but sufficient. Toilet is well maintained but hot water supply is unstable.

Not only is this place clean and comfortable, it also has every facilities you can ever think of. Karaoke, pool table and even Jacuzzi. There is petrol station (with Zus coffee & family mart) and convenient store nearby which make getting stuff easy. It is a good place to get together with friends or family.
Not sure if it was me who didn't know the operation, some song on the Karaoke can't be played. There was message box mentioning the song is forbidden when selected. Its not a big deal, only slight annoyance.

Good support for a smooth check-in process. Stay was pleasant and memorable coupled with fun facilities provided. A must stay for groups in Seremban!
Improvements on toilets would be great, and a reminder signage to switch on the water pump.

住宿位置非常好，非常靠近不同的景点。住宿也提供了非常多的娱乐项目，例如桌球，飞镖，扑克牌，游戏机，karaoke等。管理者非常有耐心和友善，整体环境是干净的。
床单有点肮脏然后有些房间的床单很多灰尘。楼上主人房的冷气不冷。有一些毛巾有点污垢。然后院子的杂草有一点多，然后很多蚊子和蚂蚁。晚上会有猫进来院子小便。麻将数量不齐，没有办法玩到。
