Good facilities, with pool and gym on site. Decent enough room, however I feel this is sold at luxury accommodation but is more on the good value for money side.
Lifts can be a pain, and don’t always work properly. There is a clear lack of staff barring security guards that can be a bit funny at times and difficult to communicate with.
You are provided with a kettle that we had to unplug the tv to use and there was no mugs provided for drinks.

No room service or change of beds or toilet rolls
We asked the cleaner if we could have a toilet roll and she refused
