Youth City Residences by Manhattan Group

Stayed here with my family recently and had a very pleasant experience overall. The homestay is spacious, clean, well-maintained, and appears quite new. The host was also very responsive and attentive. When we informed them that the shampoo, body wash, and dishwashing liquid bottles were empty upon arrival, everything was refilled the very next morning. They also provided two keycards, which was very convenient for our family. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby, including convenience stores such as KK Super Mart and 7-Eleven. It is also conveniently located near AEON Nilai and Nilai Sentral, making it easy to get around and access daily necessities. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this homestay to families or groups looking for a clean, spacious, and strategically located place to stay. We enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again on our next visit.

One thing future guests should be aware of: if you order GrabFood or any food delivery service, make sure to collect your order as soon as it arrives. On the first night of our stay, we arrived in Nilai around 11:00 PM after a late flight and ordered GrabFood. The driver delivered the food to our block close to midnight and even sent a photo as proof of delivery. However, when we came down shortly afterwards, the order was nowhere to be found. We contacted the driver, who was kind enough to return and help us check the area, but unfortunately the food could not be located. While we do not know exactly what happened, it appears that unattended deliveries may not be completely secure, so it is best to collect them promptly. The noise from neighbors also can be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
