La ubicación y el tamaño del departamento. Además John estuvo super atento a nuestra llegada, indicaciones y solución de conflicto que tuvimos al inicio con el internet

l'emplacement offre une vue sur la skyline de brickell, et sur la baie. une vue a couper le souffle pour des gens habitués à l'architecture française. L'appartement est situé au 42E étage, c'est haut, il y a beaucoup d'ascenceurs.
Au 14e etage il y a deux piscines assez grandes et un spa.
Il y a un parking compris au 8e etage, ça allait pour un KIA SPORTAGE, mais il faut faire attention aux murs quant on monte.
Les restaurants, bars, commerces sont à moins de 2 minutes à pieds, il y a le metromover pour aller plus loin.
L'appartement offre lave linge et seche linge, et lave vaisselle.
Tres bon appartement pour un sejour à Brickell.
Les vacanciers de passage de l'étage du dessous qui passaient leur temps à fumer du THC, ça sentait fort.

La vista era muy buena.
La propiedad se ve antigua, los muebles desgastados y muy usados. No es nada moderno como dice la publicacion.
