I gave this accommodation a 10 because the host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a fantastic area in Brickell. It was spacious, with a lovely walk-in closet, and we were welcomed with chips, cookies, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch.
There were even extra clean bed sheets and towels available. All of these things made the stay so enjoyable that, despite two very minor points, I still gladly give it a 10.
The WiFi disconnected occasionally, but the host immediately offered to send a technician. That was not necessary for me because I had a large mobile data plan, so I really appreciated the effort and fast response.
The bed was comfortable, although for a stay of three weeks it became a little less comfortable for me personally. But overall, the experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.
