Location was great. Nina was nice. She follow up to make sure we are ok.
This place did not provide basic proper towels for bathrooms and kitchen. No soap for the bathroom sink. No sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, cream etc. It is a very minimal basic hospitality service that should be provided.
The service desk was not very helpful, the man
Did not open the elevator code for us, therefore, we had to go back to the front desk again to ask for the him for the very basic information that should be provided when we arrived. We also saw it happened to the other people too..

Bem localizado, apartamento bonito e bem equipado
Senha do wifi foi fornecida apenas faltando poucas horas pro checkout. O estacionamento do predio é pessimo, localizado no 9 andar e bem apertado estava em uma suburban o que dificultou muito a subida. Camas pequenas. Aquecer nao funcionou direito. Banheiro sem tapetes tornando um perigo sair da banheira com o piso muito escorregadio
