The location is quite good... although they really should explain that the beach where it’s situated is only for walking—not for going into the water!
It definitely needs maintenance (the doors, the shower—the water doesn’t flow properly—and one of the mattresses in the room with two beds, which sags in the middle). I think that, even though it’s an older apartment, they could maintain it much better!
