The apartament is nice, clean and quite, it has everything for a pleasant stay, including a private parking lot, coffee, tee, some snacks, bathroom supplies like shower gels, nice terrace, a tv and a fridge. Also the bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 persons. The host was friendly and professional, no issues whatsoever. We are satisfied with our stay and will book again.

The fridge was somewhat noisy so we shut it down for the night but that’s expectable since it’s a studio.

Nettes Zimmer mit gemütlicher kleiner Terrasse Richtung Süden

Hübsch eingerichtetes grosses Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung (Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Geschirr, Mikrowellenofen, Kühlschrank, Klimagerät). Schön möbiliert mit Zugang zur kleinen Terrasse auf die Sonnenseite. Auf der Terrasse können sogar organische Abfälle und Glas separat entsorgt werden - bravo!

Das Zimmer gehört eigentlich zu einer Wohnung. Darum ist der Eingang via Balkontür. Das geht gut. Andererseits ist die abgeschlossene Tür zur Restwohnung einfach eine Zimmertür. Das heisst, man hört, was auf der anderen Seite passiert inkl. des lästigen Nachrichtenbenachrichtigungstons eines Smart-Phones. Sorry! Ich bin allergisch darauf. Wer sich durch solche Sachen nicht gestört fühlt, für den ist das hübsche Zimmer sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne, praktisch ausgestattete Unterkunft an zentraler Lage, die unkompliziert benutzt werden kann.

TOP- Lage, kann zu Fuss nach Locarno am See laufen, Busstation und Bahnhof sehr nahe, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen / sonstige Ausflüge. Gratisparkplatz! Grosszügiges Zimmer, mit TV, Badewanne, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffee und Tee, Es war alles da, was für zwei Personen gebraucht wird, auch viele nützliche Gegenstände wie Messer, Schneidebrett, Tassen, Gläser, Abwaschmittel, Haushaltpapier...etc. sogar Milch, Kaffeerahm und Süssigkeiten! Im Zimmer war es trotz Ende Oktober sehr war, so genoss ich die Klimaanlage sehr. Self Check-In hat gut funktioniert, ich musste nur zuerst die Hausnummer 106 A finden (ist unterhalb / hinter dem Haus 106) Zimmer hat einen Sitzplatz mit Stühlen und einem Tisch, sehr angenehm, nach draussen gehen zu können. Mit der Vermieterin hatte ich ausschliesslich Mailkontakt, so sie war gut erreichbar und freundlich.

Das Zimmer ist in einer eher ruhigen Gegend, weg von der Strasse, von aussen hörte ich kaum etwas. Innen im Haus ist es ringhörig - der Nachbar, war jedoch leise, so dass es überhaupt nicht störte.

Einfach alles was man braucht vorhanden, Kaffee/Tee-Austattung, Toaster.. Schönes grosszügiges Bad mit Wellnessbadewanne.. ausreichend Handttücher.. bequemes Bett mit Extradecken, Klimaanlage. Familiäre Atmosphäre :) schöner Gartensitzplatz.. blitzblank sauber. Tolle Lage mit guter Busverbindung, Station 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar Everything you need is there: coffee/tea making facilities, toaster, a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a spa bathtub, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed with extra blankets, air conditioning. A family atmosphere :) Lovely garden seating area, spotlessly clean. Great location with good Bus connection, 2 minutes to walk

Gute Lage für ö. V. Ruhige Lage, schöne Loft.

Ruhige Lage, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr vorhanden. Gartensitzplatz. Bushaltestelle in 2 Gehminuten vor dem Haus mit direkter Linie ins Zentrum Locarno und Ascona. Freundliche Vermieterin.

War ganz ok.

Ausstattung des Zimmers. Per Zufall war eine Person da, welche den richtigen Code wusste, um den Zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen… Kaffee am Morgen.

War sehr schwierig zu finden, Schlüsselcode war falsch (!), Bett war nicht bequem zu zweit, Nachbarn haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts sehr laut TV geschaut…
