A great place to be , very quiet position and very close to the fun of the Broadwalk. At few passes from the beach . ⛱️ property manager Vicky very kind and responsive , we thank her for her reactivity and professionalism. We defenetly reccomend.

We spent an enjoyable week staying at the Marine Villas. The communcation from the property manager was excellent, with all the information we needed to access the apartment and on where to park. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped (even including beach chairs and umbrella we were able to take to the beach). It's in a nice quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants and only a short drive to a Publix supermarket. We only had one issue during our stay where the shower hose broke. I texted the manager and the hose and shower head were replaced during the day while we were out.

We had a wonderful week. It's close to the beach, with a fully equipped kitchen, its clean and quiet. The beach chairs, towells, umbrellas and bikes are great!

I liked how close it was to the ocean. The apartment was small but it had everything needed and a huge comfortable bed. The parking was close and we were assigned a spot which was most helpful. The stairway to the first floor was often wet due to rainy conditions. It was a bit frightening. The staff that helped with a broken lock were very kind and helpful.

Location is absolutely perfect! It’s nothing fancy, but you’re not there to stay inside. Hollywood Beach has everything right there on the broadwalk. Just minutes away from the Villa.

We loved this cute and very comfortable one bedroom beach apartment. It just perfect for our needs! Right on the beach and Hollywood broadwalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants and night life, but far enough from the noise if you just want to relax. Vickie was very accommodating and resopnded quickly with any questions we had. Definitely will be staying here again!

My stay at Marine Villas Hollywood was EXCELLENT. It's was quite and very comfortable with everything you would need in the apartment for your beach stay. The view of the beach from the second-floor apartment was amazing and relaxing from sunrise to sunset. Vickie the property manager was helpful and attentive to my needs whenever I called. I hope to be back next year!

Nice and close to the beach. Not too close to food options though. So plan on taxi or walking a long way. Or just have groceries delivered. Communication was good however I think there was a bit of a language barrier.

The location of the property was right next to the beach about 150 ft. Grocery store nearby. The communications with the contact was excellent. Quick response for anything we needed. The place offers free bikes with a code, bbq grill, parking right next to the property, the boardwalk is directly in front with shops and restaurants nearby. We took the bikes out for a casual ride down the boardwalk which has a bike lane. There's even a washer which provides you with the code to enter if you should need to wash any items. The view of the ocean was excellent from the apt. It provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Nice amenity if you're a beach person like myself. Only one thing I'd say is the shower (not bathroom) could use a slight upgrade of tiles, and maybe, a kitchen cabinet upgrade. Not a real concern. Everything else was excellent and deserves 5 stars for this property! I would definitely return

Great place! We loved everything from cleanliness to accommodations- a home away from home! Nothing like walking to a clean environment. Even your bed sheets and towels smelled pretty. We truly enjoyed our stay and i can't express how helpful Vickie(the property manager) was in making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon.

There was rust on kitchen appliances. The modem for the entire facility was located in my room. The modem went down and while I was out. No one contacted me to tell me someone was going into room to reset modem. When I returned to my room the door was ajar and I found someone in the room. It was startling & I was upset that no one notified me prior to entry.

Great for a family. Perfect location. Parking included was a great perk. Bikes were available free of charge which we used everyday to ride along the beach to the restaurants. Black out curtains made sleeping in easy. Ground floor had a nice patio. Really a special spot for a family.

Booking this stay was extremely easy! I called and paid the cleaning fee a few days prior to arrival, as requested. On the day of our arrival, I received all necessary info for our stay. Upon arrival, I had a hard time finding the parking and called Vicki, the property manager for help. Right away, she sent a photo and gave specific directions which led us right to our parking spot. She even let us know our room was ready, 3 hrs early!!! It was nice to check-in and get right to enjoying the beach! Vicki is truly a gem, she even stopped by our apartment to make sure everything was good for our stay! I'm not sure if they always present the bedroom this way, but we did check-in the day before Valentine's!

Fantastic location and beach access doing a lot of work for this unit. Comfortable main space but the bathroom was in really terrible shape. Moldy and musty smell dominated the bathroom and made it practically unusable.
