The Horizons building is currently undergoing exterior restoration and maintenance. The work on the 18th floor has been completed, and current work is primarily taking place on lower portions of the building.

Construction activity may occasionally be visible from the property and there may be weekday work during the restoration process. We provide this information because we believe our guests should know what to expect before booking.

The condo itself remains fully furnished and available for guests, and you can continue to enjoy the spectacular oceanfront location, wraparound balcony and beach access.
