The Horizons is an oceanfront condominium in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida, on the stretch known as The World's Most Famous Beach. Daytona Lagoon Waterpark is just 1.5 miles away, the shops and restaurants of the Seabreeze area are 1.6 miles away, and the Main Street Bridge and Main Street nightlife are about 2 miles away. Daytona International Speedway is only 6.5 miles from the condo, making The Horizons a convenient home base for race weeks and events.
Guests at The Horizons enjoy resort-style amenities, including an oceanfront pool, a sprawling oceanfront sun deck, an on-site fitness center, a community room, and secure garage parking.
This 17th floor corner unit offers direct oceanfront views the moment you walk in. The living room is filled with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, and opens onto the oceanfront balcony. Because this is a corner unit, the balcony starts facing the ocean and wraps around the side of the building, giving you views of the Daytona city skyline and the Halifax River. The fully stocked kitchen has ocean views and overlooks a dining area with seating for 8, plus 2 bar stools. This is also one of the few units at The Horizons with a private in-unit laundry room.
The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a Smart TV, large closets, and private balcony access. The balcony from the primary suite connects to both the oceanfront side and the west-facing side overlooking the Halifax River and city below, so you can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean in the morning and set over the river in the evening. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and additional closet space.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both guest bedrooms offer views of the Daytona Beach skyline and the Halifax River. The guest bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms and has a tub and shower combo with a grab bar.
Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage, which has a clearance of 7 feet. Parking for one additional vehicle is available on the main level on a first come, first served basis, but only your assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.

This condo blew me away! The condo is high up on the 17th floor AND a corner unit! This made the oceanfront view just indescribable. The photos don't do it justice. Nearly daily we had big seagulls flying right by the balcony because of how high we were - beautiful! The furnishings are all very comfortable and the condo is bright and open. We had the maximum amount of guests and still never felt crowded. Amenities at Horizons were nice with parking, the pool, beach access, etc. This is our new favorite spot on the beach for sure!

My dad took me and my kiddos down for the week and I have to say “ this place was top notch , there was some construction going on and we knew that before coming and it was nothing . People were so friendly , place was amazing , beach access , pool , cleanliness , . I mean if I could rate over a 10 I definitely would .
Safety with the locks and private access to get back to condo from beach , getting inside . You can’t get far without a key to unlock and we just all felt so safe . It was such a pleasant and relaxing vacation . We were all sad to go but we’ll be back .

There were only a couple of issues. First being one of beds had crumbs under and on top of comforter. Second being issue when arriving of freezer door being stuck(unable to initially open) with wet towel placed under that area on the floor. Despite these issues we had an amazing family vacation. Would do it again!
