The house was great and accommodated all 5 of us with no problem. The location is close to downtown areas and the neighborhood was very quiet!!

The bad:
I rated a 3 because when we arrived the kitchen appliances were dirty, floor was sticky and dirty, hair was on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty and hair was on one of the beds. The bed on the main level and one of the beds upstairs only has a mattress on the bed springs and no boxspring making them uncomfortable. We drove for 13 hours and I just wanted to lay down but we ended up sitting on the couch all night and sleeping there.
The good:
I called the owner and told him that the house was very dirty. He asked me to send pictures, which I did. He told me that he would have the cleaning lady come the next day. The lady came and cleaned everything and also brought new blankets and sheets.
We enjoyed ourselves after the house was cleaned. The owner was responsive to our concerns. The house is nice and roomy and has a nice backyard.
