Really responsive host. Located a few minutes walk from the subway, so easy to get around. Room was what we needed for the three of us- a comfy place to sleep at a great price.

We were fine with the set up but worth knowing that the stairs are quite steep & narrow if you're carrying heavy luggage: only to the first floow. Also the top bunk bed is quite hard to climb onto.

I really would like to recommend this place in NYC. I guess it was recently renovated, so the bathroom and the living space were clean and well-equipped. You can find everything you need (like additional pillows, blankets, a hairdryer or an iron) here. The bed linen, pillows, towels, pans, and plates are new and clean. The host answered pretty fast, and they were very polite and helpful. The location is great as well, just 5 minutes from the subway, and 10-15 minutes away from Central Park walking.

Mostly, it's nothing to complain about. It’s a bit noisy outside in the evening, but it’s NYC. We were settled on the third floor, with no elevator, and the stairs are a bit narrow. So if you have heavy luggage, do communicate with the host to rent the lower-floor apartment.
