About this apartment rental
Perfectly positioned home in the centre of Canberra, suitable for solo travellers, couples, groups or families! It is situated within a boutique complex and is the ideal space for your next visit to Canberra. The all inclusive apartment provides everything you need for your home away from home.
Fully furnished and with no detail overlooked - quality bed linen and towels, wi-fi, Netflix, coffee machine and ample amounts of toiletries to cater for your stay. The kitchen, laundry, dining and living area are fully equipped enabling you to feel right at home.
Catering for five guests in total, the main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top. There is an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, and an additional main bathroom. Kids are never forgotten and if you are travelling with children, we also provide a portable cot, high chair, books and some toys.
We welcome pets - we know how important our furry friends are! Please provide basic details within your booking and note that all pets will incur a $150 fee per stay and guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
The apartment is perfectly positioned for getting around with many local attractions within walking distance, a short drive/uber trip, or via buses on Canberra's public transport. The apartment comes with 1 secure underground car park and street parking is also available. Driving in Canberra is easy and affordable, and there are always parking options wherever you go.

Everything you could possibly want was provided in a clean new unit. Great location amidst shops and restaurants but very quiet. Parking was convenient and easy to find.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in The Apartment. We love it. Steph has thought of everything. Comfortable bedding, books, kitchen staples like coffee pods and cling film, bathroom products and a welcoming plate of nectarines. The location is fabulous. Coffee each morning just downstairs. We went for dinner at Les Bistronomes and could walk home. Campbell is central and an easy walk to the lake and Anzac Parade. I can highly recommend staying here.

This unit is fantastic. Easy driving distance to all that is on offer in Canberra. The unit itself has everything you could ask for. Steph was also a very responsive host. I think the 5* indicate how great it was!

The apartment was a lovely place to stay, and in the perfect location. Stephanie was a wonderful host, who has thought of everything. The cafe, woodfire pizza and grocer directly below was an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here.
