Perfect Location in central Canberra. Well appointed and modern. Cool especially since it was a very hot day. Beautiful luxurious fluffy towels.
The hand held rose on the shower was loose/broken which made it difficult to shower, but there was another bathroom with shower. Left over rubbish in the garage. Would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge on arrival.

Location was great. Short stroll to shops. Short drive to attractions. Private entrance. Two bathrooms. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Washing machine in the kitchen and clothes line in the courtyard. Garage to park vehicle.
Need better description on how to find apartment. Apartment had not been cleaned from previous occupants (easily rectified with a call to Brian). Leaves and weeds in courtyard needed attention (we cleaned this area up). Toilet seat loose in smaller bathroom (we fixed this). Hand held shower wall fixture in main bathroom is broken. Some bedroom lamps not working. Overall just needs some attention to some minor maintenance issues.

Great location and a good size.
Kitchen was not fitted with all the equipment required for a break where we wanted to eat in a couple of nights. Also no instructions provided on how to use the appliances.
