The Binz Apartment consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including, for example, an electric kettle, a pod coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and silverware, salt and pepper, sugar, dish towels, coffee filter bags, and much more, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We provide toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer for your use. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The fireplace is available for cozy evenings. You’ll find firewood for the fireplace in the carport.
A hi-fi/music/CD/DVD system and satellite TV on a large flat-screen TV are also available.
The apartment features an open balcony with seating. From there, you can enjoy the stunning view.

• large, well-maintained garden with a lawn for sunbathing
• a fishing boat and a trampoline in the garden
• beach chairs and a barbecue area
• On-site sauna (for a fee) and game room with Xbox, Wii, darts, and foosball table
• Free parking available right at the house
• Sunny and quiet south-facing location on the steep cliff above the beach promenade, in close proximity to the chalk coast
• Free Wi-Fi hotspot
• Washing machine and dryer in the house available to all guests (by arrangement)

Our house is located right in front of Sassnitz’s Old Town. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation.
Since Villa Feodora is situated directly on the high cliff, you’ll have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Sassnitz harbor. There, you can enjoy fresh fish at numerous restaurants or simply watch the fishermen and their boats go about their daily work.
Sassnitz is very centrally located. From here, you can reach many of the attractions Rügen has to offer. For example, the treetop trail in Prora, about 13 km away, or Karl Erdbeerdorf in Zirkow, about 23 km away.
Jasmund National Park is just a 10-minute walk from our place. From there, you can either hike the popular trail through the forest for about 9 km or drive about 11 km to the famous Königsstuhl.
Sassnitz also has plenty to offer in terms of cuisine, Whether at an Italian restaurant at the harbor or a Greek restaurant in the city center.
If you’re looking for fresh fish, of course, “Gastmahl des Meeres” at the harbor is the perfect spot.
Shopping options are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
